Corona virus disease 2019 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered corona virus. China was the first to suffer from this pandemic. After observing the corona virus pandemic situation the WHO advised to maintain social distancing as the first prevention step. So, every country started the action of lockdown to separate the contaminated people. The education sectors including schools, colleges and universities became closed. Thus, the lockdown destroyed the schedules of every student.
COVID-19 has a huge impact on the education system of India. Although it has created a lot of challenges, different opportunities have also evolved.
The present book “COVID-19 AND ITS IMPACT ON INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM” provides a comprehensive overview of recently discovered corona virus disease and its impact (negative and positive) on Indian education system. Some fruitful suggestions are also pointed to carry out educational activities during this pandemic situation.
