About The Book

This is a story collection book. It comprises of total 10 stories. These stories are based on human emotions, social evils, corruption, education system, spirituality. In some stories characters uses satirical language to depict the reality of today’s society. That’s why the title of the book is ‘Darpan’ means a mirror. The presentation of the stories are in the form that not only makes you laugh but also forces you to think. After reading the book it depends upon you, either you want to keep seeing the same view or do something to change the image of the society.

About The Author

Shubham Yadav took his birth in the holy city of Varanasi. His early education was done from the Sunbeam Academy School and higher education from the Banaras Hindu University. He is a Social Science teacher in the Glenhill School of Varanasi. By passion he is a writer. He has composed two books till now. His first book ‘Chingari’ is a poetry collection book whereas ‘Darpan’ is a story collection book. Through his thoughts and art of writing he want to do much for the society.
