About the Author 

Author: Ms Preema Victorin Tauro is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Management, St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru. She is currently pursuing a PhD in HR and an MBA in Insurance & Risk Management. With over a decade of academic and administrative experience, she has published in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC-CARE. Ms Tauro has participated in numerous international and national conferences, Trainings and Orientation programmes, refresher courses, workshops, seminars and webinars.

Editor: Dr. V. Basil Hans is a distinguished Research Professor at Srinivas University, Mangalore, India, renowned for his prolific contributions to academia and literature.
