Keeping in view its importance, Universities have introduced the Business law as a core subject in the Management Course. This book has been written for the benefit of all students of BBA, B.Com. The book has been designed according to the syllabus given by the UP Higher Education for UG programmes (as per guidelines by New Education Policy-2020). It has been observed that students coming from Hindi, medium background faces difficulties due to change in medium; hence, a humble attempt has been made to provide the whole subject matter in simple and explanatory language. The main focus has been given to making an understanding of Business Law concept, so that students can easily integrate the previously learned topics. And also, to achieve the goal of making this book as comprehensive as possible, without getting bogged down to any area. All efforts have been put in to make the text beneficial to students; however, betterment is always welcome, we, therefore invite the valuable suggestions, views and comments from the learned readers. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr. Mohit Sharma is presently working with Shri Venkateshwara University, Gajraula as a Professor and Head –School of Commerce & Management. Dr. Sharma is having expertise of Fifteen years to teach Management and Commerce students. His teaching specialization includes Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Management Concepts, Financial Management, Sales and Distribution Management. He has written several articles and research papers in various reputable journals. He has attended various seminars, training workshops, conferences, faculty Development programs and Management Development programs. He is a life member of Indian Commerce Association. Chairman of IPR Cell in Shri Venkateshwara University, Gajraula (UP).
