About The Author

Dr. Abhilasha Pandey, born in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, is a dedicated teacher and writer in the field of Hindi literature. She holds an M.A. in Hindi and a Ph.D. Her research focused on “”The Poetry of Post-Independence Representative Poets of Burhanpur District: Sensibility and Craft.””

For the past 18 years, she has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hindi at Seva Sadan College, Burhanpur, which is affiliated with Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Notably, she completed her entire higher education at this very institution.

Alongside teaching, she remains actively engaged in literary writing. Many of her research papers have been published in reputed journals. Through her writing and teaching, she continues to enrich the sensibility, craft, and social consciousness of Hindi literature.

In her personal life, she is a mother to two children—her son, Akhilesh Pandey, and daughter, Ayushi Pandey.
