ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Gautam Sengupta, a post graduate in English Literature and Language from the University of Calcutta, later joined the West Bengal Civil Service (Executive) in the post of Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector. He retired as a Special Secretary to the Government of W.B. He has five books already published to his credit, all non-fictions, out of which four are in Bengali and one is in English Language
