About The Author

Deepti jat, was born in a district of madhya pradesh in the year
2004. She is currently pursuing law and had written her first book “”the life within you.”” This book is of great significance to her. She is greatly influenced by her parents. Her father was her first yoga teacher. Yoga and meditation formed a crucial part of her life and today, it’s impact could be seen through this book. Many things written in this book are subject to what her parents taught her.
The habit of reading and journalising has vitally helped her in writing this book. Meditation and writing skills had played a huge role in shaping the content of this book and setting out the core values of it.
