He is pursuing post doctoral studies from Srinivas University Mangalore
Mrs. Laviya Crasta holds a B.COM degree from st. Agnes college (autonomous) Mangalore, M.COM and B.Ed degree from Mangalore University. Currently she is a full time research scholar at Srinivas University. Her research focuses on management, workplace flexibility, and women in the IT sector.
