Description
About The Book
A Chronicle of Cashews, Curries, and Chaos follows the madcap adventures of two chefs as they try and eat their way through Goa! What follows are historical and almost comical encounters, bruised egos, eccentric personalities, and the best documented recipes that encompass the culinary genius of the tiniest state in the Indian subcontinent.
More than being a mere cookbook, it combines equal parts of history, travel, adventure, tomfoolery, and loads and loads of food. It is a recipe that delivers a fun read while being a living testament of the disastrous results of leaving two chefs unleashed in arguably the most tranquil state in the world!
