About The Author

Mr. Dinesh Singh Yadav is a dedicated academician, researcher, and a personality deeply interested in the field of management education. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce at Shri Dhanrajji Shrichandji Badamia College of Professional Studies, Varkana (District Pali, Rajasthan). With nearly 13 years of experience in higher education and research, his teaching not only enhances students’ conceptual understanding but also inspires them to become self-reliant in practical life.

His passion for knowledge and innovation has established him as an active researcher. He has authored five books, and several of his research papers have been published in Scopus Indexed, UGC Care Listed, and other reputed journals. He has also presented his research and ideas in various national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars. His name is associated with two design patents and one registered copyright, reflecting his creativity and innovative thinking.

At present, Mr. Yadav is pursuing his Ph.D. from Amity University, Jaipur. His objective is to make education not merely a source of information, but a medium for developing life skills and leadership qualities. His humble personality, positive outlook, and deep commitment toward students make him a source of inspiration as both a teacher and a researcher.
