Prof. Dr. R.N Manjare is presently working as Asst. Professor at Bharati Vidyapeth (Deemed to be University), Pune. Abhijit Kadam Institute of Management and Social Sciences, Solapur he is B.A, MBA (HR Mgt. & Financial Mgt.), DIJ, PhD(HRM). He is having 3 years of Industrial Experience and 13 years of Academic Experience. He had published 8 papers in various UGC care listed journals and conferences. He is working on various minor research project. He working as recognized Ph.D guide at Bharati Vidyapeth (Deemed to be University), Pune. His area of specialization is General Management, Human Resource Management.

Prof. Dr. S.B Sawant is presently working as Director at Bharati Vidyapeth (Deemed to be University), Pune. Abhijit Kadam Institute of Management and Social Sciences, Solapur he is B.Sc, MBA (HR Mgt. & Marketing Mgt.),M.A (ECO), Ph.D(Commerce), PGDRD,GDC&A. He is having 10 years of Industrial Experience and 25 years of Academic Experience. He has written 03 books and worked as reviewer. He is working on various minor research project. He had published 33 papers in various UGC care listed journals, SCOPUS and Conferences. He working as recognized Ph.D guide and under his guidance 8 students are pursuing their Ph.D work.His area of specialization is General Management, Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. He is also working as Chairman of Board of Studies (Human Resource Mgt. and Communication)

Prof. Dr. Anthony Rose currently serves as a Professor at Bharati Vidyapeth (Deemed to be University), Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, Pune. He is also the Controller of Examinations at the University. He holds a B.Sc, MBA (in HR Management & Marketing Management), and a PhD in Strategic Management. With a professional background encompassing five years in the industrial sector and an academic tenure spanning 23 years, he brings a wealth of experience to his role. Dr. Anthony Rose having authored about thirty papers published in diverse UGC care listed journals, Scopus and conferences. He also serves as a recognized Ph.D. guide at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune, guiding aspiring scholars in their doctoral pursuits. His expertise lies in Strategic Management, making him a valuable asset in the academic landscape.

Dr. Pravin Mane is a faculty in the area of Organizational behavior& HRM. His primary research area is human recourse management, innovation management, organizational behavior, leadership and HR Analytics. Working in these areas he had opportunities to present his work in various international and conferences, seminars and intuitions. Published more than 15 research papers in the peer-reviewed national & international journals. Experience in teaching a wide range of management subjects, also played various roles in corporate training, strategic management and employee management.
