Dr. V. Basil Hans is a distinguished Research Professor at Srinivas University, Mangalore, India, renowned for his prolific contributions to academia and literature. With decades of dedicated scholarship, he has authored over 350 books, 300 research articles, and 140 conference papers, covering a wide spectrum of subjects including economics, education, social sciences, and sustainable development. A passionate educator and mentor, he has guided numerous M.Phil., Ph.D., and Post-Doctoral scholars, fostering intellectual growth and critical inquiry among emerging researchers.

He has professional certifications in field of procumbent and supply chain – CPP, CPPM, CISCP, and CISCM from the American Purchasing Society, USA. He served 6 years as assistant professor in department of pg studies in commerce (MCOM) Besant women’s College Mangalore, He also served 3 years in the department of P G studies in Commerce (MCOM) in University Evening College Mangalore published several research articles in Reputed National and International journal He Has 10 years of Industry Experience in Kingdom of Bahrain

Anitha S holds a M. Com degree with a specialization in Finance and cleared KSET and has 14 years of academic experience. Currently serving as the Head of the Department and Assistant Professor in Business Administration at St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangalore. Prior to academic career, worked as a Financial Analyst at Ernst & Young India Pvt. Ltd., gaining valuable industry insights. Has 2.5 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant, managing accounts for manufacturing firms, construction companies, textile businesses, and share trading clients. With a blend of academic and industry experience, a practical approach is adopted to enhance student learning experience on financial education.

Mr. Ayush G Kottary holds a B. Com degree from Sri Ramakrishna College, Mangalore, and an MBA from Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management, Bondel. Furthering his academic pursuits, he completed Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations and M.Com from IGNOU. His commitment to academic excellence is underscored by qualifying in the KSET and NET exams for Assistant Professorship eligibility. Commencing his professional journey as a lecturer at Field Marshal K.M Cariappa College, Madikeri in 2019, he brings industry experience from his tenure at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited. His scholarly contributions extend to numerous papers presented at National and International Conferences, along with publications in esteemed international journals, including those indexed in Web of Science. He also serves as Editorial Board Member and Assistant Editor for several reputed international peer reviewed and referred journals. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration and the Programme Coordinator for BBA Business Analytics programme at St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru.
