About the Author 

Dr. Nitin Jain is a researcher by training and a thinker by choice. He holds a PhD in Nuclear Engineering and Technology from IIT Kanpur and has spent over a decade and a half with a leading multinational company, solving complex problems, leading teams, and contributing to research and innovation.
Through his journey inward, Nitin recognized that many of life’s most influential decisions are shaped by assumptions we often carry unconsciously. This insight led him to explore the inner architecture of the mind and its influence on personality, decision making, and problem solving.
He brings together scientific rigor and practical insight to make the study of mindset, assumptions, and human behaviour relevant and actionable.
