ABOUT THE AUTHOR

We are feeling proud to present the connoisseur of weaving emotions into words, the emerging poet of Hindi, Mr. Vimal Kumar. Born on April 22, 1964, in Neendakara, Kollam, Kerala, Mr. Vimal Kumar received his education from Bhilai-Durg, Chhattisgarh. He completed his Master’s studies there. It was there that Hindi instructor Mrs. Agnes Kurian became his guide in Hindi language and also served as a source of inspiration for his poetry. Mr. Vimal wrote his first poem in 2007, and gradually, his poetry became a means of expressing his emotions.

Despite the busy daily routine of life, he kept adding new pearls to the necklace of poems day by day. After serving for 39 years in the Bank of India, for the past year, Mr. Vimal Kumar has been working as the Chief Executive Officer at “”Vidarbha Konkan Gramin Bank”” (VKGB). His poems narrate the extraordinary journey of life. His writing is a beautiful amalgamation of depth, sensitivity, and a perspective that allows readers to easily connect with him.
