About the book

The purpose of this book is to use it as a guide or a message for that day. Dr. Harish Joshi would send a motivational quote every day beginning with “Divine One You are Blessed”. The magic is reading that message on that day, and living the day by that message. At the end of the day, you can write how you lived that message. Hence, this is a very personal book. If you are reading this now, keep a copy just for yourself do be connected to the Divine to get your blessings.

About the Author 

Sonia Viral Thakkar considers herself one of the lucky few to have a Guru in her life. Her life transformed after meeting her Guru-Dr. Harish Joshi in 2014. With regular practise of meditation and dietary changes suggested by Dr. Joshi, people believe she has transformed herself for the better. Sonia lives by her Guru’s mantra “Be Honest to Yourself”. She is an introvert by nature, but does not hold back if she feels for something strongly. She does not mince her words. Sonia completed her graduation in New Delhi, Masters in Social Work, and Masters in Social Entrepreneurship in Mumbai. She is a Parashakti Healing Practitioner, and is a registered acupuncturist under Maharashtra Acupuncture Council -a Recognised body by the Government of India. Sonia is currently running a wellness centre in Mumbai with her husband Dr. Viral Thakkar. Sonia has published her experiences of giving birth to her son Vashisht In the book “The Mystic Birth”. “The Mystic Blessings” is her second book where she has compiled her Guru’s blessing.
