About The Author

Dhanashree Dhanaji Dhavale was born in Barshi, Maharashtra. Until the age of eight, she lived in Malegaon Village near Tembhurni. After that, she completed her education up to 10th grade in Tembhurni at Rayat Shikshan Sanstha. She then pursued higher education in Latur.

After completing her 12th grade, she made the decision to go abroad to study MBBS. In 2018, she left India and spent six years abroad. Throughout this journey, she faced numerous challenges and experienced many ups and downs — but she persevered. In 2024, she graduated and earned an MD degree in Medicine, which is equivalent to an MBBS in India.

Her journey in medicine was both beautiful and transformative. Medical life brought her a mix of good and bad experiences, but she constantly learned from them. These experiences helped shape her — turning her from ordinary to extraordinary.

Becoming a doctor had always been her dream, and today, she is living that dream. Reading and writing books were her hobbies and served as a source of strength during difficult times. Inspired by this, she decided to write a book herself. In it, she aims to suggest good habits that can positively change others’ lives as well. She hopes her readers will find value in it.
