Dr. Tarun Kumar Misra, M.Sc., PhD, AIC (India) is a trained Forester by profession , He is a Science worker, working in the area of Soil and Agricultural Chemistry especially in Tea cultivation to Tea cup, Phytochemistry, Medicinal chemistry, Conservation Biology mainly Habitat improvement, Wildlife management, Climate change and Food Security. He is member of many organizations viz. Life member of Ranger Federation of Asia (01-IN- A000121), Life member of East Himalayan Society for Spermatophyte taxonomy, Editorial Board Member of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Science Publishing Group INC., USA., Member of the Asia Society of Researchers (ASR), ASR Senior Member Number: R219013006, Associate member, International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS) Japan, act as Secretary General, All India RFO Federation. He is reviewer of many National and International peer reviewed journal. He has published 33(h-index 6, i10-index 5) research papers in National and International peer reviewed Journal, 2 National seminar proceedings, 2 chapters in book and 1 field report which has submitted to the Directorate of Forest, Govt of West Bengal.
