About The Author

“Hemendra Kumar Pushpadh is a visionary business leader, strategic sales leader, and innovative entrepreneur with 30+ years of professional experience spanning IT, software, sales strategy, ground operations, and corporate leadership.

He began in a small town in Rajasthan (India), where he completed his B.Com. He then moved to Jaipur for post-graduation, along with courses in computer applications and programming languages.
Career beginnings & growth

Hemendra started his career in Accounts, Finance, and Taxation, developing a deep understanding of Indian business processes. Step by step, he took a small-scale operation from ground zero to a multi-branch model. He not only built the team but made it process-driven and scalable.

After ten successful years, he moved to Delhi and joined a private limited software company as its first employee. There, he built the entire sales structure—both direct selling and an indirect dealer network—from scratch, established a new dealer ecosystem, and helped take the company to a corporate level. During this time, he also completed an MBA (Finance & Marketing). Owing to the quality of his work and leadership abilities, he was promoted from Director to CEO.

Global experience & national impact

He later joined a Singapore-based software company and once again built a PAN-India dealer network. Across various states, cities, and business zones, he implemented digital and process business systems, helping MSMEs adopt technology.

For years, he has served as a Guest Speaker with CA Associations, tax consultants, business & industry forums, and MSME platforms, offering deep guidance on business growth, automation, digital sales models, and business accounting & analysis.
Present mission

His current aim is to build software solutions for India’s MSMEs, traders, and professionals that are simple, accessible, affordable, and tuned to India’s on-the-ground needs. His belief: technology should not only offer convenience—it should build capability.
