In his current position as a global leader, Shireesh has led numerous transformational and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide. His follow-up methodology has been instrumental in successfully driving these projects, ensuring that each initiative is completed efficiently and effectively. Previously, as a Manufacturing Shop Floor Manager, Shireesh gained valuable experience as a transactional leader, managing daily operations and enhancing productivity on the manufacturing floor.
