Nikhil Khare is an Indian author, civil servant, and literary thinker known for his psychologically layered and philosophically driven writing. A member of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), he combines administrative experience with a deep engagement in literature, history, political systems, and human psychology. His academic background includes an Honours degree in English Literature from University of Delhi and further studies associated with Jawaharlal Nehru University, institutions that significantly shaped his intellectual and literary perspective.

Khare is the author of ten books spanning literary fiction, philosophical narratives, and psychologically complex historical works.
