About The Author

Dr. Vir Narayan, born on 10 December 1981 in Mahal village, Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), comes from a middle-class farming background. Despite losing his father at the age of 6, he remained committed to his education with the support of his family. He completed his B.A., LL.B., and LL.M., and qualified UGC-NET in his first attempt, earning the prestigious JRF. He completed his Ph.D. on 27 Feb. 2018 from Vikram University. Currently, he serves as Director (Research) and Dean, School of Legal Studies at Vikrant University, Gwalior. Known for his academic leadership and administrative excellence, he has significantly contributed to research and institutional development. Under his guidance, 10 scholars have been awarded doctoral degrees, while 6 are presently pursuing their Ph.D. under his supervision.

Dr. Gyanendra Singh is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences, with a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Engineering & Technology from IIT (BHU), Varanasi. Presently he is serving their duties as an Associate Director (Research) & Professor in School of Pharmacy at Vikrant University, Gwalior (MP) Bharat. With over a decade of teaching and research experience, he has served in various prestigious institutions across India. He has published numerous research papers in national and international journals and has also authored books and book chapters. He is a recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Gandhian Young Technological Innovation Appreciation Award and Young Teacher of the Year. Dr. Singh also holds patents and is actively involved in guiding postgraduate and doctoral research. Known for his expertise in pharmacokinetics, bioavailability, and formulation development, he continues to contribute to academic excellence and innovation in pharmaceutical sciences.

Vaishnavi Mishra serves as an Assistant Professor of School of Management & Commerce at Vikrant University, Gwalior (MP) Bharat. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) and Master of Commerce (M. Com) degree and is qualified in the UGC-NET examination, demonstrating her strong academic foundation and subject proficiency. Her core areas of specialization include Finance, Accounting, and Taxation. She is recognized for her ability to integrate conceptual clarity with practical insights, enabling students to develop a comprehensive understanding of commerce and its real-world applications. Her teaching approach is both structured and engaging, fostering analytical thinking and academic excellence among her students. Ms. Mishra is deeply committed to the field of education, viewing it as a transformative process rather than a mere dissemination of syllabus content.
