About the Author
Dr V. Basil Hans is a Research Professor, Institute of Commerce and Management, Srinivas University, Mangalore. Presently he is guiding three PhD and three post-doctoral scholars. Dr Hans has written about 195 books, 285 articles and 80 conference papers. Dr Garima Das Dr. Garima Das is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Delhi with specialization in Politics and International Relations. She has been teaching Indian Politics and international relations papers to Masters and PHD students at the department. She is currently supervising three PhD scholars also. She has been associated with many defence think tanks earlier.
