Dr. Gajanan Dayaramji Tayade serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of English at Shri Shivaji Arts, Commerce, and Science College, Akot. He possesses an impressive academic portfolio, holding an M.A., M.Phil., and NET qualification, along with earning his Ph.D. in 2024.
With over 14 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, Dr. Tayade has significantly contributed to the field of English literature. His research and teaching interests span British Literature, American Literature, Dalit Literature, and Indian Literature, reflecting his broad expertise and scholarly engagement.
A dedicated academic, Dr. Tayade has published extensively in UGC CARE-listed journals, underscoring his commitment to advancing literary studies and contributing to academic discourse.
Dr. Kiran N. Khette is a dedicated educator and researcher with over 8 years of experience in the field of English Language and Literature. After earning his Ph.D. in 2019, he served as an Assistant Professor of English at Arts, Science, and Commerce College, Pal, where he significantly influenced the academic growth of students from tribal backgrounds.
Dr. Khette’s academic journey includes appointments as Adhoc Lecturer at D.N. College, Faizpur, and currently, he is associated with P.K. Kotecha Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Bhusawal. A prolific scholar, he has recently authored the book ‘Understanding Literature’ in 2024 and “”English for All”” in the same year. Additionally, he has published numerous research papers in both national and international journals, highlighting his expertise in areas such as multiculturalism, translation studies, pragmatics, and communication skills.
Dr. Kiran N. Khette is also the founder of the Centre for Learning, Research and Development, an educational venture that organizes national and international webinars, seminars, conferences, and workshops, as well as Faculty Development Programs (FDP).
