About the Author
Dr. Reet Mayuresh Thule, MMS (HR), M.Com (BM), and PhD in Commerce (Business Policy and Administration), is an Assistant Professor and the Head of the Department (HOD) of Management Studies (BMS) at Ramsheth Thakur College of Commerce and Science, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. With 14 years of extensive teaching experience, Dr. Thule has published over 15 research papers, is currently working on a minor research project, and has one published patent. Additionally, they have contributed as a paper setter for the University of Mumbai and several autonomous colleges.
