About the Author

Dr. B.K Vaishnav was born with a silver spoon of knowledge. He has completed his research work in field of Accounting Standards from Ajmer university. He has published and presented his articles in national and international journals. As per his knowledge power and enthusiastic work performance he has been appointed as academic counsellor of IGNOU in Govt PG Collage, (Bhim) Rajsamand and he has also been appointed as a editorial board member in of BHU. By analyzing his academic performance, he is serving many examinations services in various universities of Rajasthan. As he has experience of research hence he is appointed as a guide in various universities of India. He has experience of eight years of teaching UG and PG classes. Currently he is working as Assistant Professor of Commerce and management in SDS Badamia college of Professional studies, Varkana, Pali District, Rajasthan.
