About the author

Debarshi Khamrui is an Assistant Professor at Asutosh College in the Department of Political Science. Previously he taught as an Assistant Professor at Jhargram Raj College, Government of West Bengal. He completed post-graduation in Political Science from Rabindra Bharati University, in 2006 and cleared SLET Examination in 2007. Debarshi Khamrui has been teaching for almost 14 years. He has written many articles which have been published in UGC Journals and also in a few books. He has presented papers in international seminars. He has a specialization in public administration. He has a keen interest in International Relations. His area of interest is Public Administration, Indian Constitution, Constitutional Laws, Legal Literacy, Comparative Politics, and Western Political Thought.
