About The Author

Dr V Basil Hans taught Economics for UG and PG students of St Aloysius institutions for 37 long years. He also did his MPhil and PhD. Currently he is a research professor at Srinivas University Mangalore and is also pursuing his post doctoral fellow degree. He has written over 400 books 390 articles and 160 conference papers. He has 1000 google citations. A passionate educator and mentor, he has guided numerous M.Phil., Ph.D., and Post-Doctoral scholars.

Soumya K, Research scholar IMC, Srinivas University, Working as faculty of commerce at Dr. P. Dayananda Pai-P. Sathish Pai GFGC Car Street, Mangalore, for 16 years and Currently she is working as Research under the guidance of Professor Dr V Basil Hans. She holds her M. Com from Mangalore University. And cleared KSET exam conducted by KEA. qualified NET for PhD conducted by NTA India. She has participated and presented papers in National and International Conferences and has presented papers on various topics. Also participated in many workshops and FDPs. Dr. N. Subbu Krishna Sastry is a distinguished academician, researcher, and author with 17 years of teaching experience in management, psychology, and allied disciplines. He is currently serving as a Professor at CMR University, actively contributing to teaching, research, and academic leadership. He is a post-doctoral researcher and has published research articles in Scopus-indexed journals, reflecting his strong research orientation. Dr. Sastry has also authored books in Psychology and Management, which are widely used as academic references.
