About The Author

Dr. Mani Pratap Singh, a passionate Academician for law, particularly in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, has had a keen interest in the subject since childhood. He completed his Bachelor of Law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut in 2013 and his Master of Law in Intellectual Property Right & Information Technology from Mumbai University in 2016. Dr. Singh qualified the UGC NET in Law with a remarkable 99.2 percentile in 2018 and pursued his Ph.D. in Law from Manipal University Jaipur, focusing on well-known trademarks. His research has been published in renowned journals like Scopus and Web of Science. Dr. Singh is also a seasoned speaker and educator, having delivered lectures at various prestigious institutions and contributed to faculty development programs.
