About the Author
I completed BE in Mechanical Engineering in 1969 from V Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur. I then pursued a Master of Technology in Machine Tool Engineering from IIT Mumbai and completed it in 1971. My Professional journey began at TELCO (Now Tata Motors). I worked there in their Engineering Research Centre (ERC) for around 3.5 years, gaining valuable experience in the Held. 1974 I decided to supplement my education and enrolled at IIM Ahmedabad. I completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA) in 1976. This was a significant turning point in my career, opening up new opportunities and avenues for career growth.
