Mahabharata is written by Sage Vedavyasa. Lord Krishna preached to Arjuna, (“O Arjuna! You will have to take up arms against your own relatives to establish Dharma.”) Dharma is based on truth. Where there is Dharma, there is truth. The Mahabharata story is based on truth. The Mahabharata story is relevant in our present life too. This relevance attracts me. The play “Ek Aur Dronacharya” written by Dr. Shankar Shesh is written keeping “educational corruption” in focus. In society, education is being measured by money. Only the one who has money passes, whether he is talented or not. Dr. Shankar Shesh has depicted the reality in the play Ek Aur Dronacharya. Educational corruption is present in some form or the other in the society at present.
