About the Author 

Dr. Subhash Chander, Ph.D. in Management, MDP (IIM-Lucknow), MBA (HRD), BE (EE), Six Sigma (Black Belt) is a seasoned professional with over three decades of leadership role in Defence services and Corporate world. After the exemplary stint with Indian Navy, he has worked with organisations like Reliance, L&T, Exicom and Institute for Industrial Development (IID), now mentors and empowers entrepreneurs and MSMEs across India.

Dhirendra Verma, an officer from Indian Telecom Services and holds a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and MBA in Finance. He has varied experience in different sectors like telecommunications, information technology, defence, and health sector. He has keen interest in applied technology to support the younger generation to get into their own businesses.

Jaison Joseph holds post graduate degree in English, and Clinical Psychology. He is also a Member of Missionary Society of St Thomas (MST). Worked at different level in the educational field – school management, up-skilling mentorship of young talent in Kerala.
