About The Book

Krishiyoga Sadhanamritam

Agriculture as Sadhana, Farming as Consciousness, Food as Divine Energy

Krishiyoga Sadhanamritam is the seventh volume of the Grihastha Siddhi Samhita series and presents a revolutionary synthesis of agriculture, spirituality, ecology, consciousness studies, and household prosperity.

At a time when farming is increasingly viewed as a commercial activity driven by chemicals, monocultures, and market forces, this book re-examines agriculture through the ancient Sanatan vision of Rishi-Krishi Parampara – where cultivation was not merely an economic pursuit but a sacred partnership between human consciousness and nature. The book explores the timeless principle that food is not merely a commodity; it is condensed prana, culture, karma, and consciousness.

Drawing upon decades of practical experimentation at Lalita Divyashram, the author introduces the concept of Krishiyoga – a holistic discipline in which soil, seed, water, animals, trees, mantras, yajna, and the farmer’s state of mind function as an integrated living ecosystem. Modern discussions on soil biology, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, agroforestry, carbon cycles, microbiomes, and sustainable farming are examined alongside Vedic insights into yajna, mantra, panchamahabhuta, and ecological dharma.

The book also presents the author’s pioneering framework of Trigunatmak Krishi, Gau Krishi Vanijyam, Mantra-Based Farming, Panchatattva Agriculture, and Conscious Food Systems, proposing that the future of agriculture depends not merely upon technology, but upon restoring harmony between human beings and the living Earth. Similar ideas connecting consciousness, meditation, ecology, and farming have also appeared in broader discussions on spiritual and yogic agriculture.

More than a farming manual, Krishiyoga Sadhanamritam is a guide for householders, seekers, farmers, researchers, environmentalists, and policymakers who wish to understand how agriculture can become a path of prosperity, health, ecological restoration, and spiritual evolution.

The central message of the book is simple yet profound:

> When farming becomes yoga, food becomes medicine, the farm becomes an ashram, and the farmer becomes a custodian of consciousness.

Through philosophy, science, field observations, practical experiments, and spiritual insights, this work seeks to restore the sacred bridge between Soil and Soul, Seed and Consciousness, Nature and Dharma, thereby offering a new paradigm for the future of humanity.

Krishiyoga Sadhanamritam is not merely a book about growing crops. It is a book about cultivating life itself.
