About The Book

Human Anatomy, Physiology and Pathophysiology-I (BP-104T) is a carefully developed textbook prepared in accordance with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) curriculum under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 for the First Year Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) programme.
The book provides a clear foundation in the structure and organisation of the human body, normal physiological functions, and fundamental pathological changes associated with disease. It covers essential concepts of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology while connecting normal body functions with common disorders and their underlying mechanisms. Prepared with a student-centred and concept-oriented approach, the book presents scientific information in a clear, systematic, and accessible manner. It integrates clinical relevance, key concepts, illustrations, tables, and examination-oriented learning to support effective understanding and revision. The book is intended to be a useful academic resource for B.Pharm students and teachers, supporting classroom learning, self-study, and preparation for university examinations.
