Hypothyroidism is one of the disease caused by changes in lifestyle. More than 10% of developing countries like India suffer from the disease hypothyroid. Hypothyroidism often affects females. It is a common condition in which the thyroid gland is unable to produce sufficient thyroid hormone. T4 and T3 are the two hormones the thyroid secretes. They are controlled by the hormone TSH, which is produced by the pituitary gland. As a result, people suffer from various symptoms like -, Breathlessness, joint pain, muscle pain, infertility, menstruation problem, and many other systemic illeness like cardiovascular etc. The only treatment for hypothyroidism is hormonal replacement therapy.
