About the book

This book is divided into two parts and Seven Chapters. Part A is related to the Lokpal and Lokayuktas. Part B deals with the Central Bureau of Investigation, Central Vigilance Commission and Comptroller and Auditor General of India. In the last chapter concluding remarks has been given. Book critically analyzes the important provisions of Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013, Central Vigilance Commission Act, 2013, The Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946. Various judgement has also been cited at appropriate place. Every care has been taken to meticulously bring out the material in the book and if there is mistake it is not intentional or willful. I have tried to put my best efforts to avoid any mistake. Despite of this, if any mistake has been left out ignorantly, I personally tender my heartfelt apologies.

Dr. Prem Chandra, B.A.; LL.B.; LL.M.; Ph.D., UGC-NET & JRF , Associate Professor, (Research Officer, Dr. Ambedkar Chair), Sardar Patel Subharti Institute of Law, Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut (U.
