ABOUT  THE  AUTHOR

Debarshi Khamrui is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Asutosh College. He previously served as an Assistant Professor at Jhargram Raj College under the Government of West Bengal.
He completed his post-graduation in Political Science from Rabindra Bharati University in 2006 and qualified the SLET Examination in 2007. With nearly fifteen years of teaching experience, he has authored several scholarly articles that have been published in reputed journals and edited volumes. He has also presented research papers at international seminars.
His specialization is in Public Administration, and his academic interests include the Indian Constitution, Constitutional Law, Legal Literacy, Comparative Politics, Western Political Thought, and International Relations.
