About The Author

Prof. Dr. Archana Rathore

Dr. Archana Rathore is working as Head of the School of Humanities & Liberal Arts. She has a total experience of more than 22 years of teaching Communicative English and English Literature and has been associated with Pimpri Chinchwad University Pune since July, 2023.She is a firm believer in productivity and efficiency at work. She exhibits an honest work ethic and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Being a passionate teacher, she believes that teaching is not merely restricted to making the students understand the underlying concepts of a course but also to developing critical thinking and evaluating alternate approaches for problem-solving. Her impressive background in English studies and communication has allowed her to excel in her role as an educator and administrator, guiding students toward success and helping them achieve their academic and professional goals. She always put her efforts toward the overall development of her students. Apart from her exceptional teaching skills, Dr. Archana has also served in various administrative roles, contributing to the growth and development of the University and Institutions she has worked with. Her extensive experience and knowledge have enabled her to provide insightful guidance and mentorship to her colleagues, contributing to the overall success of her institution.

Dr. Rakesh Ranjan

Dr. Rakesh Ranjan received his Five years Integrated M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi, India and Ph.D. in Mathematics from National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, India. He holds CSIR NET and Gate certificates. Currently, he is working at Government Polytechnic Lakhisarai, DSTTE Bihar as a lecturer since 2018. His research interests span the areas of numerical solution of differential equations, focusing on singularly perturbed problems. He has published more than 20 research articles in reputable journals. He also made numerous contributions in serving as a reviewer. His research interests include Numerical Analysis, Integral equations and Fractional Calculus and Mathematical Modeling. He has organized Mathematics Day, Science Day etc. He has completed many FDP Courses.

Dr. Pankaj Kumar Baitha

Dr. Pankaj Kumar Baitha received his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad and M.Sc. in Applied Physics from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, India. Currently, he is working at Government Polytechnic Lakhisarai, DSTTE Bihar as a lecturer since 2018. His area of interests includes structural and optical specially luminescence properties of materials. He has published more than 10 research articles in reputable internationals journals and conferences. He has attended many FDP programmes organised by different institution.
