The methods are brief, but the main thrust is on people who associate with the leaders and help them build a successful enterprise. Ultimately, an organization is like a living organism. The quality, motivation, and treatment meted out by the leaders will decide how it will perform, satisfy all the stakeholders and grow with pleasure for all the constituents.
It is a concise collection of essential aspects to ensure success with reasonable surety. SMEs face many challenges, but all those need to be scaled over to succeed.
The primary purpose is to serve the SMEs to reduce their mortality and help the untiring efforts of entrepreneurs bear fruit. All the best to the SMEs.
