About The Author

On 5th March 2002, a life-threatening industrial accident caused permanent loss of eyesight and brought with it profound personal and professional challenges, including disability, workplace harassment, career loss and unethical pressure to resign from the organisation. Choosing resilience over despair, the author embraced life by rediscovering inner strengths, skillful judgment, and untapped abilities beyond sight. Through these trials, the author came to deeply value knowledge as a source of dignity, self-respect, and empowerment. Today, the author is invited to deliver motivational lectures in institutions and is a Business Consultant, successfully transforming the organizations into profitable enterprises. This journey stands as a testament to the belief that when one has faith in life and invests in knowledge, adversity becomes a foundation for purpose, strength, and meaningful success.
