About The Author

Rajiv Arora is a working Principal in a school affiliated to CISCE. He commenced his teaching career as a lecturer in English in 1994. During his 12 years tenure as a teacher he wrote his first anthology of poems titled Myriad Musings. In 1999 his another book was published that was on the valour of the Kargil warriors. This book was widely reviewed and appreciated. Towering Traits is another book by Rajiv Arora that contains motivational essays for the students.
He has written highly inspiring school songs which have been put together in the book aptly titled ‘ Prerit Pankh’.
Being an academician with more than 30 years experience Rajiv Arora is the right person to write a book on the way school teachers are expected to work to take children to the level of excellence.
