About The Author

Professor (Dr.) Vipin Jain is a distinguished academician and administrator with over two decades of experience in higher education, research, and institutional leadership. Currently serving as Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Dr. Jain has also held key positions including Director of Distance and Online Education, Entrepreneurship Development Cell, and Chairperson of the Centre for Jain Studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, he holds multiple degrees including FCMA, MBA, M.Com., LLB, and LLM, and has supervised 13 Ph.D. theses, over 260 MBA dissertations, and published more than 200 research papers in repute Journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC out of that 80 papers in Scopus. Recognized with numerous national and international awards for academic leadership, Dr. Jain has significantly contributed to academic innovation, industry-academia collaborations, and institutional accreditation processes. Under his leadership, TMIMT has earned top rankings and accolades in business school surveys. His academic expertise spans finance, management, law, and quality assurance, making him a key figure in shaping contemporary higher education.

Dr. Gaurav Som is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of management and commerce, recognized for his significant contributions to research in digital transformation, banking innovation, sustainability, and marketing analytics. With a strong academic foundation and extensive engagement in higher education, he has authored and edited scholarly works that effectively bridge theoretical frameworks with practical relevance. Dr. Pramod Kumar Srivastava is a Professor at TMIMT College of Management, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, with over 22 years of academic and professional experience. He has held key roles including Head of Research and Innovation, Research Coordinator, and Head of Department, contributing significantly to institutional quality frameworks and accreditation processes. He has represented institutions at national and international platforms and serves as an editorial board member and peer reviewer for reputed journals. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Economics, an MBA in Marketing, and postgraduate degrees in Economics and Hotel Management. His research interests focus on Banking, Consumer Behaviour, the Service Sector, and the Technology Acceptance Model, reflecting his strong orientation toward research, academic leadership, and curriculum development.

Dr. Anurag Mathur is an Associate Professor at Teerthankar Mahaveer Institute of Management and Technology, Teerthankar Mahaveer University, Moradabad, with over 21 years of experience in higher education. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from C.C.S. University, Meerut, along with an MBA in Financial Management, M.Com., and LL.M., and has earned multiple NPTEL certifications. His academic contributions include patents, book chapters, and research publications in UGC Care, Scopus, and peer-reviewed journals. He has served as Law Faculty at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and held several academic and administrative leadership roles at the IIMT Group of Colleges. Specializing in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and Business Law, he remains actively engaged in research, institutional development, and mentoring future professionals.

Dr. Charul Verma, Assistant Professor at TMIMT, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, specializes in Digital Marketing. Her research has earned over 555 citations and an h-index of 4.
