About the book

Volume three is a continuation of volumes one and two, with chapters 34 to 51 devoted to the geographical analysis of COVID-19, and chapter 52 containing findings and conclusions. This volume also includes preliminary data, an introduction, a justification for the book’s title, and a geographic analysis of the COVID-19 pandemic in relation to countries with populations ranging from 10 million to 20 million, as well as countries with less than 10 million. Chapters 34 to 52 are included in Volume Three. In this volume, chapters 34 to 51 also contain two main parts. The first section of each chapter contains facts at a glance that only include political entities and COVID-19 status; a brief profile of the country that includes geography, history, the economy, and healthcare; and, in the second section, a geographical analysis of the COVID-19 pandemic with respect to countries with very small or tiny populations. The second part includes the emergence and trends of daily COVID-19 cases and deaths with reference to COVID-19 waves, the monthly growth from its inception to June 30, 2022, and the temporal and spatial distribution of COVID-19 cases and deaths at the state level in respect of countries with high to worst-infection in important countries, whereas in less infected countries, the first part only includes political entities and COVID-19 status, along with brief profiles of respective countries. The second part contains an analysis of the COVID-19 situation for the months of December 2020, June 2021, and March and June 2022. This Volume Three also contains Chapter 52, in which findings and conclusions about the geographical study of the COVID-19 pandemic in the world are given.

About the author

I prefer to introduce myself as a researcher, a lawyer, a tad of an expository writer, and a tad of a social worker. I hold a master’s and a doctorate in geography in addition to my legal degree (LL.B.). I worked as the deputy director of NATMO (the Government of India). I have participated in numerous national and international geographical seminars and published a number of geographical research articles. In addition to the book “The Global Terror of the Invisible Demon COVID-19” in three volumes containing more than 1450 pages for keeping records and making available for public awareness, I also wrote a book in Marathi called “Gramin Jivan: Vyatha O Vikas; Mendra: Nisargramya Gao; Vansh-Vistar: Integrated Vision.” I practice law and provide free or low-cost legal and social services after retiring. Currently, I serve as the founding president of the Jest Nagrik Foundation, Mangrulpir, District Washim, Maharashtra, India (Regd), which was established to support the elderly, uphold the fundamental values of the Indian Constitution, and encourage students and deserving individuals. I also founded the “SPANJIAN VILLA” Library (Private)at the same place to develop reading culture, which had been lost due to mobile culture. Books in this library assist all competitive examination aspirants and provide in-depth knowledge about life traits. I prefer to assert that my happiness lies in improving and supporting the lives of deserving and underprivileged people, especially in higher education. I keep my mind constantly focused on the welfare of those who are deserving and less fortunate. I like to keep my writing focused on non-fictional human experiences or genuine events. My happiness lies in upholding social harmony, equality, freedom, fraternity, and social justice.
