Different factors drive us, and such elements form the basis of our focus towards work and our daily lives. Sometimes, we may not even be aware of certain situations or aspects of our lives that could prevent us from fulfilling our true potential or feeling fulfilled at all.
Such is the basis of this book, which will explore 8 mantras that aim to identify how we could better ourselves & discover what makes us passionate. About The Author

Dr. Palto Datta is a highly experienced academic & marketing expert with over 27 years of teaching experience in the UK’s Further & Higher Education sectors. He holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, an MSc in Marketing from the University of Glamorgan, and a BSc in Plasma Physics from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. He has further enhanced his academic credentials through executive education from institutions such as Samford University, the University of Edinburgh, and the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Datta is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Advance HE, and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), and is a Certified Management and Business Educator. He currently serves as Senior Lecturer and Scholarship Lead at Regent College London. A published author of books on marketing and entrepreneurship, he is also an active keynote speaker at international conferences. His global perspective is enriched by travel to over 75 countries.

Assad Irfan Shamsi has been working in the education sector for the past 21 years, and has implemented several roles such as programme leader, module leader, VLE co-ordinator, and lecturer. He has taught and lead modules that range from information systems and databases to employability and academic skills. Additionally, Mr Shamsi has worked in different sectors relating to CRM, IT & accounting. A part of the Regent College London team for more than 20 years, Assad is a passionate lecturer who strives to motivate his students to achieve their fullest potential.
