About the Author

1.Dr Deepshikha Srivastava is presently working as a HOD and Associate Professor in the Department of Shalya Tantra at Shiva Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Himachal Pradesh. She did her BAMS from RAC Lucknow and her Post Graduation in Shalya Tantra from RGGPG Ayurvedic College, Paprola. She has more than 8 years of experience in teaching, training, and clinical practice. She is also a lifetime member of NASYA and the National Sushruta Association. Additionally, she is a profound researcher and has published valuable research papers in various journals and attended national and international seminars. 2.Dr Divya Sharad is a graduate of RAC Lucknow, UP and she did her postgraduate in Kriya Sharir from V. Y. D. S Ayurvedic College Khurja, UP. She has more than 8 years of experience in clinical practice. She has designed many lifestyle reversal programmes. She is also constantly working for quality control of institutes & hospitals and was successful in attaining the NABH certificate for Swami Parmanand Chikitsalayaa, Parpatganj, New Delhi.
