About the Author
Prof. (Dr.) Manish Kumar Pandey is a seasoned academic with over 15 years of experience in Political Science, Public Administration, and Rural Development. He serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Professor of Political Science at Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. A native of Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Pandey earned his Ph.D. from VBS Purvanchal University, Jaunpur. He holds an M.A., along with PGDHRM and DIM certifications from IGNOU, New Delhi. He is UGC-NET qualified and has authored numerous research papers published in national and international journals. Dr. Pandey has held significant administrative roles, including chairing the Board of Studies and Departmental Research Committee, and is an expert in curriculum development, competitive exam coaching, and personality development.
