About the author

Dr. Santosh Arora is a Professor of Education in Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. She has completed her Post graduation in Home Science, she obtained her degree of M.Ed. and PH.D. from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra. Having a long Experience of 27 years in the field of teaching and research. Her interest area are child development, Educational Technology, Vocational Education and psychological issues related with students, teachers and women. She has completed various research projects of UGC ICSSR and AIU. She has written four books from prestigious publication houses in India and more than 60 research paper in various UGC care listed/Scopus and other journals. She writes extensively on various issues related to women with special concern for the working women. She is a recipient of Vishv Shishak Sadhana Samman and Shikshak Samman. She has been a resource person in various workshop, faculty development programme, and conferences (State, National and International).
