Deepening Your Substance Use Disorder Recovery Journey utilizes a journaling approach to assist individuals in treatment and recovery to explore thirty-one issues that are often relevant to one’s substance use disorder and recovery. Through daily topic prompts and questions, an individual can begin the process of reflecting on these issues and how recognizing, processing, and integrating them into their treatment can assist with their recovery journey.

About The Author

Dr. Bruce D. LeBlanc is a Professor Emeritus of Psychology and Sociology with over three decades of teaching experience. Holding eight distinguished degrees across psychology, sociology, transpersonal studies, education, and public administration, he continues to embody a lifelong commitment to learning and service. A former Roman Catholic monk and ordained priest—later consecrated as a bishop—he founded the Transformational Catholic Church in 2005, integrating spirituality with human transformation. Currently semi-retired, Dr. LeBlanc facilitates recovery and spirituality groups for women in transitional housing in Illinois and provides group and individual counseling at a residential treatment center in Portland, Oregon.
