This book is designed to serve the interests of Indian students of English literature at the colleges, universities as well as NET/UPSC level. This book is as from its title suggests, “An Early History of English Literature” covers almost all the earlier periods and movements of English literature.

About the Author

Dr. Krishma is Assistant Professor in Department of English, Maharani Kishori Jaat Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Rohtak. She has 3 years of teaching experience. She has participated in various DGHE and UGC sponsored National and International Conferences/Seminars and presented many papers in National and International Conferences/Seminars. Several research papers published in International and National Journals to her credit. Her area of interest include Literary Theory, Criticism and Indian Writing in English as well as as English Language Teaching. Her recent publication is “A Postcolonial Reading of Rabindranath Tagore’s Novels” in (2021).
