About The Author

M. Saravanapriya is an accomplished academic with over 13 years of teaching experience and expertise in Business Analytics and Human Resource Management. Holding a B.E. in Computer Science Engineering, an M.B.A., and a NET qualification, she blends technical and managerial insights. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management Science at Anna University, Coimbatore, she is dedicated to advancing her field. As an Assistant Professor at KGiSL Institute of Technology, she shapes future professionals while contributing to academia through numerous publications in reputed journals and conferences.

Dr. T. Suganthalakshmi., M.C.A., M.B.A., Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor, Dept of Management Studies, Anna University Regional Campus, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu; She has rich experience of 25 years in teaching & guided several research scholars. She has authored three books one on interview skills, second one on Enterprise Resources planning & another on Labour legislations and industrial relations in India, and to her credit she has published some notable research papers & articles in the reputed national and international journals. She has also organized & participated in several seminars, conferences, faculty development programmes and workshops in the area of Management Studies and the computer applications. Her areas of interest include HRD, personnel management, software project management, e-business, data science and business analytics.
