About The Author

Mr. Sanjeev Thakur holds an MBA in Human Resource and Finance from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations and Computer Applications from NIIT. He began his career as Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank Ltd. and has spent the last 6.5 years in academia. Currently an Assistant Professor at the International School of Management, Patna, he has authored five books and published over 28 research papers in areas such as HR 5.0 and Data Data Security. Mr. Thakur is passionate about providing accessible, practice-orient-ed education to management students across Indian universities.
Dr. Neha Jha Ph.D. in Management, also holds an MBA in HR and Finance from Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University. Since 2019. She has been an Assistant Professor. Currently serving as Assistant Professor in International School of Management, Patna. Prior to academia, she worked as a Senior Financial Planner at Bajaj Capital, where she received the Best Performer Award in 2011 and 2013. She has published extensively in reputed journals on topics like Green HRM, AI in education, and agricultural insurance.
Dr. Kumari Soni brings over 12 years of industry & academic experience. She earned her MBA from Savitribai Phule Pune University and was awarded a Ph.D. for her research on “”Stress Management in the Indian Banking Sector: A Study of HDFC Bank in Bihar.”” Currently serving as Assistant Professor at Patna Women’s College, she has published research in Scopus, ABDC, and UGC Care-listed journals, and authored the book Essentials of HRM and Industrial Relations.
